Overall they gave a good impression. We came by to look at a truck we saw from the road and ended up wanting to test drive something else on the lot. Some lots started the hard sales as soon as we came in but the salesman here just checked in to see if we needed help, told us they were in the office if we had questions, and then left us to walk around on our own. They let us go on the test drive alone, no pressure or discussion of financing beforehand. Price was fair, car was in good condition, negotiation was reasonable and transparent. They're actually the only dealership so far that hasn't been pushy about purchasing after a quick visit, no unwanted contact even though we did provide contact info for the test drive. We didn't end up buying this time, but would be comfortable purchasing from them if they have the right vehicle in the future.

I just bought a used Ford F150 from Pearl and was very happy with the whole process. I searched a 50 mile radius and looked at a number of trucks, then saw what I wanted sitting at Pearl less than a half mile from home. There was zero pressure and the owner let me drive the truck home to show my wife before making a decision. The price was fair and I had the option to purchase a warranty or have the truck inspected by a third party, which I declined. For how long the dealership has been here and how many cars I've seen come and go, the fact there are only a few poor reviews is a very good sign. For every unhappy customer who takes it out with a bad review, there are probably 10 or 20 who are very happy like me but won't take a couple minutes to write a review. From reading other reviews I came in expecting this would probably be a good experience, and wasn't disappointed.

My wife and I just bought a car from these guys, it's the second vehicle we've purchased from Pearl. A day after we bought it I noticed some mechanical issues that were missed during the test drive. They told me to bring it back to them so they could have their mechanic look at it. They took care of all of my concerns and even fixed things I didn't realize needed fixed. Good buying experience.
